KMUTT Wi-Fi introduction

There are 3 names of wireless system of KMUTT
1. KMUTT_WiFi  is the wireless system that show the Wi-Fi manual of  KMUTT-Secure and KMUTT-SecureN.
You will see this SSID on all devices.
2. KMUTT-Secure is the wireless system that provide in 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz coverage areas.
You will see this SSID on all devices.
3. KMUTT-SecureN is the wireless system that provide in only 5 GHz coverage area.
You will see this SSID 0n the only supported devices.

How to set up KMUTT-Secure Wireless Network

For those who have not use KMUTT-Secure before, please follow each step carefully

Change your password using the link below.

Click –> Change password KMUTT Account

Step by step guide: How to set up KMUTT-Secure and KMUTT-SecureN

 1. Left–Click the ‘Dash Home’ icon on the Ubuntu Desktop

2. Type ‘network connection’ to find Applications, then left-click to select Network Connections

3. Select the ‘Wireless’ tab, then click ‘Add’ to configure

4. In the ‘Editing’ window enter the following details:

*Use both upper case and lower case exactly as suggested

After you enter your Username and Password, click ‘Save…
5. On ‘nm-connection-editor’, click ‘Ignore
6. The connection is established when you see this message.

KMUTT-Secure
Connection Established 

 

*KMUTT-SecureN setting is similar to KMUTT-Secure. You just edit in the step 4 at Network name(SSID).
The SSID
 : KMUTT-SecureN (use both upper case and lower case exactly as suggested)
